Jennifer Marley's Next Chapter at Sklar Wilton
After 26 incredible years with Sklar Wilton, Jennifer Marley is moving into a new role as a founding member of Sklar Wilton’s newly established Advisory Board, allowing her to step back from the day-to-day while staying closely connected to the company she has helped build.
Jen has played an extraordinary role in defining both who we are and what it feels like to work with Sklar Wilton. She is known for building deep, lasting relationships, bringing clarity to some of the thorniest challenges, and consistently delivering meaningful impact. Just as importantly, Jen has been one of the driving forces behind the strong, people-centred culture that continues to define Sklar Wilton today.
For many clients and colleagues, Jen has been more than a strategic advisor; she has been a trusted partner through moments of growth, complexity, and change. The care, thoughtfulness, and integrity she brings to her work have left a lasting mark on our team, our clients, and our company.
As we mark 40 years of Sklar Wilton, we're celebrating both the foundation that brought us here and the future we're building together. The creation of the Sklar Wilton Advisory Board reflects our commitment to carrying forward the wisdom, experience and perspective of long-tenured leaders as the company continues to evolve. We're proud that Jen will be one of its founding members. While her role will look different, her connection to Sklar Wilton and the impact of her leadership will continue.
