Mike is a data and statistical analysis expert who loves unlocking valuable insights for the client. He earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Toronto in 2018 and since then, has continued his work on improved mental health which he advocates for as a lead on SW&A's Headway initiative. Outside of work, Mike is an avid sports fan and music lover.
Adrian is an experienced researcher with a passion for crafting innovative solutions and collaborating with his clients and team to uncover untapped insights. When he isn’t helping businesses solve tough problems, he enjoys reading, travelling, and exploring the great outdoors.
David is passionate about creative problem-solving through collaboration. He loves simplifying complex business issues and using insights to drive strategy, ensuring the journey is as enjoyable and rewarding as the result. When he’s not working, David enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing a frustrating career as an amateur softball and basketball player.
Tim’s passion for combining human qualitative insights with rigorous data analytics helps his clients better understand the consumer and make more informed and impactful decisions. In his free time, Tim enjoys playing sports, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and exploring new places.

An experienced project manager and data-driven marketer with a penchant for organization, Alicia is committed to making the lives of her clients easier. She uses her problem-solving skills to support research activities and help solve tough business challenges. Off the clock, this self-proclaimed film geek can be found watching Formula 1 races.
With years of experience across different industries, Stephanie has a proven track record of helping brands grow and a passion for solving complex business problems. Her can-do attitude and commitment to excellence have helped her build a reputation as a trusted advisor. Outside of work, she loves to travel to new places every chance she gets.
Kate’s ability to simplify the complicated world of mass data and distill it down to actionable insights helps brand teams make strategically smart decisions. A creative thinker, Kate loves to ask the question ‘What if…’. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, singing in her church choir and entertaining friends & family.
Research Managing Director
Mike is focused on conducting qualitative research (online, in person and in-situ) and in developing rich reports and presentations as part of Sklar Wilton’s commitment to ‘futureproofing’ our clients, through workshops and planning initiatives. If you want to see Mike in action, you’ll find him hosting trivia night at his local pub.
Tiffany is an expert data detective with a passion for investigating complex problems and a keen eye for finding the right evidence to guide her clients toward sound business decisions. When she’s not solving data mysteries, you’ll find Tiffany playing softball or singing karaoke. On Mondays, she wears bowties.
With extensive experience in accounting, Raisa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Finance Team. She is a numbers-driven professional who derives satisfaction from identifying patterns, resolving issues, and supporting the organization's strategic objectives. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors.
Ashley is the operations go-to for IT, training, and communications. With a passion for processes, she actually enjoys policy and contracts! She’s an expert knitter, musical theatre enthusiast and self-proclaimed bookworm. She believes there is a GIF or meme for all occasions and isn’t afraid to use them.
With a strong bias for action, Delphine is a source of calm and order in chaos. As a seasoned Strategist and Innovator, she places purpose at the center of helping businesses of all sizes grow and innovate. When not at work, you can find Delphine enjoying time with her family or at the Pilates studio.

Koo is a Master of Data. He uses his analytical skills to extract valuable insights from complex and messy data sets to help organizations make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition. In his free time, Koo can be found playing soccer or making music and singing with his kids.

Jonathan takes pride in turning complex research data into clear stories with actionable insights. Experienced across a wide range of methodologies, Jonathan considers himself a Market Segmentation specialist. Outside of work, he enjoys playing ball hockey, and will travel the world to find a good game.
