Mike is a data and statistical analysis expert who loves unlocking valuable insights for the client. He earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Toronto in 2018 and since then, has continued his work on improved mental health which he advocates for as a lead on SW&A's Headway initiative. Outside of work, Mike is an avid sports fan and music lover.

David is passionate about creative problem-solving through collaboration.  He loves simplifying complex business issues and using insights to drive strategy, ensuring the journey is as enjoyable and rewarding as the result.  When he’s not working, David enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing a frustrating career as an amateur softball and basketball player.

Tim’s passion for combining human qualitative insights with rigorous data analytics helps his clients better understand the consumer and make more informed and impactful decisions. In his free time, Tim enjoys playing sports, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and exploring new places.

With years of experience across different industries, Stephanie has a proven track record of helping brands grow and a passion for solving complex business problems. Her can-do attitude and commitment to excellence have helped her build a reputation as a trusted advisor. Outside of work, she loves to travel to new places every chance she gets.

Kate’s ability to simplify the complicated world of mass data and distill it down to actionable insights helps brand teams make strategically smart decisions. A creative thinker, Kate loves to ask the question ‘What if…’. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, singing in her church choir and entertaining friends & family.

Mike is focused on conducting qualitative research (online, in person and in-situ) and in developing rich reports and presentations as part of Sklar Wilton’s commitment to ‘futureproofing’ our clients, through workshops and planning initiatives. If you want to see Mike in action, you’ll find him hosting trivia night at his local pub.

Tiffany is an expert data detective with a passion for investigating complex problems and a keen eye for finding the right evidence to guide her clients toward sound business decisions. When she’s not solving data mysteries, you’ll find Tiffany playing softball or singing karaoke. On Mondays, she wears bowties.

With extensive experience in accounting, Raisa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Finance Team. She is a numbers-driven professional who derives satisfaction from identifying patterns, resolving issues, and supporting the organization's strategic objectives. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors. 

Ashley is the operations go-to for IT, training, and communications. With a passion for processes, she actually enjoys policy and contracts! She’s an expert knitter, musical theatre enthusiast and self-proclaimed bookworm. She believes there is a GIF or meme for all occasions and isn’t afraid to use them.

Libier loves helping others tackle thorny business challenges. She blends her analytical skills with a focus on results to create clear strategies and plans backed by insights. Her 'me time' is often 'we time' with family, including her cat Daria, over Mexican cuisine, outdoor activities, or movie nights.

Amber is a solution-focused problem solver with relentless curiosity and positive energy. She is passionate about helping teams build whole-person development programs that enhance employee well-being and culture. In her free time, she enjoys baking, hitting the gym, reading, and watching horror movies.

Debra was first introduced to SW&A as a client and was thrilled when stars aligned to join the team. With over 20 years of both Client and Agency experience, she has a unique ability to bring strategic clarity, a love of data and visual storytelling to even the most complex client challenges. Outside of work, she treasures time with family, friends and nature.

Koo is a Master of Data. He uses his analytical skills to extract valuable insights from complex and messy data sets to help organizations make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition. In his free time, Koo can be found playing soccer or making music and singing with his kids.

Marina is a statistical analysis and data expert with a passion for discovering and creating innovative research methods. When she’s not challenging the mighty statistics beast, you’ll find her playing Ultimate Frisbee.

Sarah’s passion for people and helping others succeed is at the core of her commitment to creating a special, inclusive culture at Sklar Wilton & Associates. Outside the office, Sarah is usually outside pursuing her love of running, hiking, paddle boarding, canoeing, and just about anything to do with animals.

Sarah’s unique approach to her work is driven by her insatiable curiosity about consumers and what makes them “tick”.  When she’s not helping clients innovate, Sarah indulges her passion for cooking, travel, and wellness.

Jen brings her creative problem-solving skills to helping her clients solve tough challenges and discover new territories. She enjoys facilitating ‘thorny challenge’ projects and brings strategic guidance and actionable research to the table.  When not at work, Jen seeks adventure in the everyday whether it’s biking in the countryside, adventure travel or exploring while reading.

Kyle believes better questions build better brands. Through brand strategy, innovation and AI-enhanced insight, he challenges assumptions, simplifies complexity and uncovers new growth opportunities. An endurance athlete outside work, Kyle treats strategy like marathon training: curious, disciplined, building lasting growth one deliberate step at a time.

Jonathan takes pride in turning complex research data into clear stories with actionable insights. Experienced across a wide range of methodologies, Jonathan considers himself a Market Segmentation specialist.  Outside of work, he enjoys playing ball hockey, and will travel the world to find a good game.

Ahmadreza enjoys diving into data and using statistical or analytical methods to uncover patterns that could lead to new business opportunities. His engineering background combined with a Marketing degree help him solve complex business challenges. Outside of work, Ahmadreza actively plays soccer, tennis, volleyball, and ping pong.

Manoj loves collaborating with brand leaders looking to raise the bar. His ability to synthesize and inspire helps him simplify the complex and turn murky problems into pathways of growth. Now if he could only figure out how to use these skills to simplify parenting.

Tasman’s vision covers every aspect of design at Sklar Wilton & Associates, from our brand's visual identity to data visualization, presentation production, and client reports. In his spare time, Tasman is a critically acclaimed media artist, film buff, globe trotter, and scone scarfer.

Madeline is a wizard behind the scenes, overseeing logistical and technical details to deliver best-in-class project management. As the “eyes and ears” of her client teams, she supports projects by making sure tactical efforts are delivered on time, within budget, and with top quality. Madeline loves exploring different cuisines or venturing into new territories.

Leila has an insatiable curiosity and is energized by cutting through complexity to see new possibilities and opportunities. She brings a consumer perspective, grounded in the data and insight, to help brands understand their audience better. Leila enjoys staying active, spending time with family and going to Drag Race shows that come through Toronto.

When not at work, Réa can be found buried in a book or eating her way across the world.

Sydney believes that a strong ‘people experience’ is at the center of a thriving team. She loves digging into feedback and HR data to spot opportunities, and partnering with leaders to design custom solutions and programs. When Sydney is ‘out-of-office’ she can usually be found planning a road trip, or working on one of her paintings.

Erin’s signature positive energy is fueled by collaborating with her inspiring clients. She is especially passionate about leading creative and insightful approaches to solve thorny business problems. Beyond work, Erin is energized by doing just about anything outside, especially with family and friends.

Megan fell in love with marketing early and the balance of art and science it provides. She’s passionate about discovering data-driven solutions to her clients’ business problems and unleashing creativity through storytelling. In her free time, Megan is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her family, especially outdoors.

The best part of his job is working with a talented team who help drive effective decision making for some of Canada’s most iconic brands. When he’s not “gardening,” Charlie enjoys exploring the world with family and friends.

She is a driven leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering results through a pragmatic consumer-centric approach.  When she's not working, Heather loves trying new recipes, running, and cheering on her sons at the hockey rink.
