The Venngo Award recognizes organizations that excel in the provision of overall employee well-being which includes the financial, physical, and mental wellness of its employees while showing clear evidence of a positive impact on workforce, including reductions in absence levels, and / or improvements in staff engagement and performance. Only seven companies across Canada were selected as finalists.

We believe so strongly in shared learning that we’ve coined our own term, “Power of 32.” For those who work here, it means access to more smart minds when solving a problem. For clients, it means access to the latest thinking and frameworks across a range of industries and challenges.
Our Spirit of 32 program focuses on whole person development. It grew out of understanding our associates’ true needs, and the realization that foosball tables don’t help people care for children and aging parents. Inspired by and continually enhanced with input from our annual employee engagement survey, the S32 program was created by and for associates to extend beyond our traditional health and benefits plan and create genuine balance, wellness, and success in their professional and personal lives.
The S32 program focuses on equipping associates with a mind, body, and spirit toolkit. We’ve created workshops and seminars for financial planning, mindfulness & meditation, energy management, nutrition, sleep strategies, stress management, memory boosting, and even yoga classes. Our associates benefit from daily exercise breaks and inspirational quotes, and weekly wellness posters. And, associates appreciate our annual off-site retreats, the fitness allowance, and healthy snacks throughout the day.
The S32 program has nurtured a unique workplace culture where more than half of our employees have celebrated 10-year anniversaries, and several are approaching 20-year anniversaries. We value the expertise and accomplishments of our associates, their extraordinary talents to help our clients succeed, and look forward to celebrating many 20-year anniversaries with them.
