After first winning the award in 2017, this new award demonstrates SW&A’s ongoing commitment to supporting and growing a positive workplace culture.
The Employee Recommended Workplace Award recognizes excellence in achieving a healthy, engaged, and productive workforce by looking at four components of health – physical, mental, work, and life – and their impact on engagement and productivity. The focus includes helping employees improve their physical and mental well-being, build their own health awareness to make healthier choices, and manage personal, relationship, financial and other challenges. It is the only award of its kind based entirely on feedback from employees.
